Eastfield Resources Ltd. is a Canadian public resource company that trades on the TSX - Venture exchange under the symbol ETF.
Eastfield Resources offers highly prospective projects for investors and partners. Within Eastfield, there are six mineral exploration projects in Western Canada and one in Nevada. Minerals of interest in these projects include gold, copper, silver, molybdenum and Platinum Group Metals. Eastfield Resources partners with other companies to fund exploration of these properties. Eastfield Resources will be dividending out 20,000,000 shares of Fort St. James Nickel to shareholders in April 2012 as compensation for the sale of the Kilometre 26 property. These shares will distributed to Eastfield Resources shareholders, pro-rata in accordance with the number of common shares of Eastfield Resources they hold.
