§ 01Overview

Project Overview

Hedge Hog is an early-stage exploration property in the Barkerville area of central BC, approximately 20 kilometres north of Wells. It is held, together with the neighbouring CR property, as part of a group of three road-accessible claims staked by Eastfield in 2013 and 2014 and 100% Eastfield-owned. Placer gold mining is documented and continues on a small scale on and around the claims. The Company is evaluating the property's Besshi-type volcanogenic massive sulphide potential ahead of ground geophysics and systematic sampling, and prior to partner discussions.

§ 02Geology

Geology & Target Model

The claims lie within the Slide Mountain Terrane, where Mississippian to Permian Antler Formation rocks have been the focus of past exploration for Besshi-type volcanogenic massive sulphide (VMS) deposits. Quartz–iron-carbonate alteration with associated base-metal sulphides, and occurrences of well-mineralized massive sulphide float, indicate potential for Besshi-type VMS mineralization. The Slide Mountain Terrane is structurally underlain by the Upper Proterozoic–Paleozoic Barkerville Group meta-sediments, host to the Wells–Barkerville district's substantial placer (approximately 4 million ounces) and lode (approximately 1.2 million ounces) gold production.

Ownership & Option Status

100% owned by Eastfield Resources. The Company is advancing Hedge Hog through a low-cost, systematic geochemical and geophysical program designed to support partner discussions.

Planned Next Steps

Complete ground IP and magnetic surveys and systematic soil sampling to define drill targets, and initiate partner discussions once a drill-ready target package is defined.
